Fired & Framed Studio Policies

Welcome to Fired & Framed. By booking a class, reserving studio time, or participating in any activity, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings & Reservations

All studio activities require advance booking. Reservations must be made online or through an approved method prior to arrival.

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Due to limited seating and preparation required for each class:

Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling or credit (adjust based on your policy)
No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment
Rescheduling is subject to availability

Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled class or session.

Late arrivals may not be accommodated if it disrupts the class or studio experience.

Studio Conduct

Fired & Framed is a welcoming, creative environment. We ask all guests to:

Respect instructors, staff, and other participants
Follow all safety instructions
Treat studio tools, materials, and equipment with care

We reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the experience for others.

Pottery & Project Completion

Handmade pottery and ceramic projects require multiple stages, including drying and kiln firing.

Pottery is typically ready for pickup within 2–4+ weeks
Timing may vary depending on the project and firing schedule
We are not responsible for unforeseen issues that may occur during the firing process

While every effort is made to ensure quality results, ceramics is a natural process and outcomes may vary.

Unclaimed Items

Finished pieces must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe.

Items left unclaimed for an extended period (e.g., 60–90 days — adjust if needed) may be discarded due to limited storage space.

Paint Your Own Pottery

Pricing is based on the pottery piece selected. Studio fees and firing costs may be included or listed separately.

All painted items must be left for firing and cannot be taken home the same day.

Private Parties & Group Events

Group events and private parties must be booked in advance.

Additional policies may apply, including deposits, minimum group sizes, and cancellation terms specific to group reservations.

Liability

Participation in studio activities is at your own risk.

Fired & Framed is not responsible for:

Injuries sustained during participation
Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings

Photography & Media

We may occasionally take photos or videos in the studio for marketing and promotional purposes.

By participating, you consent to being included unless you notify us otherwise in advance.

Changes to Services

Fired & Framed reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or offerings as needed.
