# Artist-Led Painting Classes – Booking Policy ## Reservations Required All guests must reserve in advance. Seating is limited to ensure a comfortable class environment and allow for individual instruction. ## Age Requirement Painting classes are designed for ages 16 and older unless otherwise noted. Some family-friendly or youth classes may have different age requirements. ## Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. * Changes made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full credit toward a future class. * Requests made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable and non-transferable. ## No-Shows Guests who do not attend their scheduled class without notice will forfeit their booking. ## Group Bookings For private groups, team events, or parties, one designated point of contact is required. Final headcount must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event. ## Arrival Time Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled before class begins. Late arrivals may miss important instruction and may not be able to make up missed time. ## What’s Included Your booking includes instruction, use of brushes and studio supplies, paint, canvas or project surface, and all materials needed for the class unless otherwise noted. ## Finished Artwork Guests will leave with their completed artwork at the end of class unless the project requires drying time or additional finishing. ## Studio Guidelines Painting classes are designed to be fun, creative, and beginner-friendly. For safety and studio cleanliness: * Please wear comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting paint on. * Aprons may be provided but are not guaranteed. * Food and drinks should remain away from painting materials. * Guests should treat studio supplies, easels, and brushes with care. * Children attending youth or family classes must remain supervised at all times. ## Instructor Changes Occasionally, instructor schedules may change due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. If needed, Fired & Framed reserves the right to substitute instructors, reschedule the class, or issue class credit.
