Fired & Framed Refund Policy

At Fired & Framed, we prepare materials, reserve seating, and schedule instructors in advance for each class and studio activity. Because of this, we maintain the following refund and rescheduling policy.

 

Bookings & Payments

All classes, workshops, and studio sessions require advance booking. Payment is required at the time of reservation to secure your spot.

 

Refund Policy

All bookings are non-refundable.

Once a reservation is made, refunds are not issued due to the preparation and limited seating involved in each class or studio session.

 

Rescheduling & Studio Credit

We understand that plans may change.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance (choose your final policy)

• Approved requests may be issued studio credit to be used toward a future class or activity

• Rescheduling and credit are subject to availability

 

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made outside of the required notice period may not be eligible for rescheduling or credit

• No-shows will result in forfeiture of payment

 

Private Parties & Group Events

Private events and group bookings may require deposits or full payment in advance.

• Cancellation terms for group events may vary

• Deposits may be non-refundable

• Final policies will be provided at the time of booking

 

Pottery & Project Policies

Due to the nature of ceramics and studio preparation:

• Once a project has been started, it is not eligible for refund

• Pottery pieces go through a multi-step firing process, and results may vary

• Fired & Framed is not responsible for damage that may occur during drying or kiln firing

 

Class Changes by Fired & Framed

Fired & Framed reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances.

If this occurs:

• Guests will be offered rescheduling options or studio credit
